At Datum Front we design and create reports that present clean and orderly formatting with clear titles and an overall professional appearance.  We take great care to design reports, especially financial reports,  that are easy to read, easy to interpret and pleasing to the eye.  With our extensive experience, our clients seldom find it necessary to even suggest minor changes to the first drafts that we present to them for their review.

List forms present a list of people, organizations, objects or whatever one needs to see or select from in order to drill down to the detail.  For example, one might want a list of customers and then see a customer's account information.

 

Detail forms, usually opened from a list form, present a flat view of data, such as a customer's account information.  The detail view may in turn have one or more list boxes, such as orders, invoices and deliveries.  From an invoice, one may want to cut across to see other information, such as a list of customers with the same item on order.  At Datum Front, we call this this feature "horizontal visibility".  Horizontal visibility offers great flexibility and efficiencies.
